William N. FaKouri
President
William N. “Nick” FaKouri is an experienced real estate investor, developer, and operator with a longstanding track record in acquisitions, development, construction, and asset management. A Baton Rouge native and graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Finance, Nick has spent his career building and managing value across a broad range of real estate investments while leading with the long-term perspective, personal commitment, and relationship-driven approach that define a family-owned business.

His experience spans residential, multifamily, office, office/warehouse, retail, condominium, and subdivision development, as well as the management of income-producing properties and the repositioning of distressed assets. With a background that includes both ground-up development and complex acquisition strategies, Nick brings a disciplined, practical approach to real estate investment and operations.
Courtenay Rogers
Director of Operations
Courtenay H. Rogers is Director of Operations at Tower Capital Corporation, where she oversees the company’s operational and administrative functions with a focus on accounting, contracts, insurance, risk management, and organizational oversight. With over 20 years of accounting experience and 10 years in her current role, Courtenay brings a strong financial background and a practical, detail-oriented approach to supporting the company’s real estate and development activities. A graduate with degrees in Accounting and Business Administration, she plays a key role in maintaining the structure, coordination, and operational discipline that support the company’s continued growth.
Jessica Giroir
Commercial Property Manager
Jessica Giroir is the Commercial Property Manager at Tower Capital Corporation, where she oversees the firm’s commercial lease portfolio. With a focus on day-to-day operations, she is responsible for the administration of complex lease lifecycles, tenant relations, building projects and vendor coordination. With seven years of accounting experience and four years in her current role, Jessica has been effective in streamlining lease accounting and financial reporting processes to drive operational efficiency. A graduate of Louisiana State University, she began her career in Human Resources, specializing in classification and compensation, gaining experience in administrative organization and budgeting. After a professional break to raise her two children, she returned to the real estate sector to apply her strong operational background to Tower Capital’s commercial assets.
